I am director of policy and communications for CEDA, Australia's leading economic think-tank and policy forum. Previously I was site general manager and head of customer service at eChoice, one of Australia's best-known mortgage brokers. I've delivered a number of Web-based projects over the past seven years, from Australia's first Web site for a major business event - telstrashares.com for the John Fairfax publishing group - to a customer relationship management system to support scores of salespeople. I've worked in cross-disciplinary teams tasked with everything from recruitment to brand redesign, side-by-side with former McKinsey consultants, investment bankers and 30-year finance industry veterans. I've also delivered Web site management and strategy advice for several Australian private firms and government bodies. Most recently, I have worked with Australia's leading integrated multimedia design and content house, Icon Inc, a firm dedicating itself to excelling in content management.
